Cuba Wins Most Gold Medals In Central American & Caribbean Games.

Last week we saw the closing ceremonies of the Central American & Caribbean Games in Veracruz, Mexico.  Cuba ranked first in the gold medal board by countries with 123 gold medals, 66 silver and 65 bronze, to beat Mexico, which won 115, 106 and 111, after an event in which both countries were always very close in the medal count.
