Mr. Julio Pabón is the Founder and CEO of Latino Sports Ventures, Inc.  LSV Inc. is recognized as a leader in promoting positive Latino role models and assuring equal coverage for Latino athletes. The company has developed the prestigious annual LatinoMVP award and has served as a consultant to several major league baseball athletes and teams. As part of his company, Mr. Pabón also developed an exclusive apparel line that was the first Latino oriented sports, specialty shop specializing in Latino Sports memorabilia’s and collectibles.  Mr. Pabón is an established writer who has been published in the New York Daily News, New York Times, El Diario – La Prensa, Periodico HOY, ViVa magazine and a host of community newspapers. 

Mr. Pabón is a native of Guayama, Puerto Rico; he was raised in the South Bronx of New York City. He has been a community and political activist since the early 1970’s, laboring towards issues affecting the Puerto Rican/Latino Community in human rights, education, employment, equality and the future of every community-our youth. He has served in senior level capacities in the private and political arena.

Julio Pabón is an established motivational speaker and an award winning author for his book, KNOCKOUT: Fidel Castro Visits The South Bronx. He has lectured at numerous universities, corporate and community functions throughout the Northeast. He uses personal anecdotes and examples from his own business to inspire and motivate others to move towards making their own dreams come true.
