Coral Gables, Florida (VIP-WIRE) – It will be 25 years this coming Friday, and a quarter of a century!, that I came to settle in this peaceful and heavenly place, which we call Here and you call Beyond.
I remain passionate about baseball, much more so than I have been during my almost 81 years of existence. Because of that, because of my dedication to this wonderful sport, I have dared to prepare these lyrics for you.
I am not going to go into personal details, because it is not necessary, it is not relevant, nor is my intention to accuse someone.
What I recommend is that you seriously want baseball, because if you don’t, people will go to other of the many shows that are offered today.
Do not demand more from the business than it can give. And I am authorized to suggest this to you, because, because of baseball, I put my other industries in economic danger several times, like that time with the ANABE strike. It was when I brought everything that other teams needed to survive. And they survived.
We have to cooperate with the other teams, because one cannot play alone. That is to say, the business is the entire League, not the club itself. It must defend itself and the entire League must be helped. So we will be stronger.
So I ask the Mexican Summer League, the Mexican Pacific League and all the other leagues in the country.
Gentlemen…: Mexico is the only country in the world where quality professional baseball is played all year round. Mexico can pay for the show 12 months a year. But, for that, they have to present a ball of height, with the best possible rosters and organized on a harmony, a peace, that facilitates the progress of each company and therefore of the entire Leagues.
Baseball is the most fun business in the history of mankind, that’s why it demands the greatest attention, the strongest union between its partners, the best intentions of each and every one.
Please love and attend baseball as part of your own family, because certainly when you are in this company it is something very different from any other business.
If they think like this, if they act like this, surely we will have the best results in Mexico.

De Alejo Peralta para el beisbol mexicano
Gente de mi querida industria, de mi adorado deporte, de mi preferido espectáculo…:
Coral Gables, Florida (VIP-WIRE) – Hará 25 años el viernes próximo, ¡ya un cuarto de Siglo!, que vine a instalarme en este apacible y celestial lugar, que nosotros llamamos Más Acá y que ustedes llaman Más Allá.
Sigo apasionado por el beisbol, mucho más de como lo estuve durante mis casi 81 años de existencia. Debido a eso, a mi entrega a este maravilloso deporte, me he atrevido a prepararles estas letras.
No voy a entrar en detalles personales, porque no hace falta, no viene al caso, ni mi intención es acusar a alguien.
Lo que les recomiendo es que quieran al beisbol seriamente, porque si no, la gente se irá a otros de los muchos espectáculos que se ofrecen hoy día.
No le exijan al negocio más de lo que puede dar. Y estoy autorizado para sugerirles ésto, porque, por el beisbol puse varias veces en peligro económico a mis otras industrias, como aquella vez de la huelga de la ANABE. Fue cuando aporté todo lo que necesitaban otros equipos para sobrevivir. Y sobrevivieron.
Tenemos que cooperar con los demás equipos, porque uno solo no puede jugar. Es decir, el negocio es la Liga toda, no el club propio. Debe defenderse y debe ayudarse a la Liga entera. Así seremos cada vez más fuertes.
Así se lo pido a la Liga Mexicana de Verano, a la Liga Mexicana del Pacífico y a todas las demás Ligas del país.
Caballeros…: México es el único país del mundo donde se juega beisbol profesional de calidad todo el año. México puede pagar el espectáculo 12 meses al año. Pero, para eso, tienen que presentar pelota de altura, con los mejores rósters posibles y organizados sobre una armonía, una paz, que facilite la marcha de cada empresa y por ende de las Ligas íntegras.
El beisbol es el negocio más divertido en la historia de la humanidad, por eso exige la mayor atención, la más fuerte unión entre sus socios, las mejores intenciones de todos y cada uno.
Por favor, quieran y atiendan al beisbol como parte de la propia familia, porque ciertamente, cuando se está en esta empresa es algo muy distinto a cualquier otro negocio.
Si piensan así, si actúan así, seguro que tendremos en México los mejores resultados.
Desde éste Más Acá estaré pendiente, vigilante, de cuanto hagan por el bien del deporte, del espectáculo, del negocio.
Para todo el conglomerado, mis mejores deseos y la seguridad de que los quiero intensamente… Alejo.
