Votaron ocho mil 293 personas, y para ser elegido era necesario obtener el 75%.
De acuerdo con esos lectores del “Times”, Fernando Valenzuela tampoco merece tener un nicho en ese Museo. Logró solo el 65.8%.
Para Cooperstown, Valenzuela recibió en 2003 el 6.2% de los votos y en 2004 un 3.8%, por lo que fue eliminado como candidato.
