MIAMI, FL — July 22, 2024 — (NOTICIAS NEWSWIRE) — Ejecutiva Magazine launched its new edition with a cover and interview with Top Producer and senior real estate advisor Daiana Quiceno, a prominent leader in the Miami real estate sector, whose experience and strategic vision have contributed significantly to this new era of economic growth and prosperity, helping people with great purchasing power invest in real estate in South Florida.
From Ejecutiva Magazine, we had the opportunity to interview Daiana Quiceno to tell us about her professional career, how she got started in the real estate business, how the city of Miami has changed in recent years and what awaits her in the future, future of Florida in terms of the real estate market and economic development.
“The new trends are luxury brands. Before they compared us to New York. But I was one of those who said that Miami will never be New York, you can't compare Manhattan with Miami. But today, at a recent lunch with several industry colleagues, developers and marketers, someone mentioned it and that's when I really connected with the brands. It is very similar to Dubai, the Dubai effect is happening to Miami,” said Daiana Quiceno.
“Many people have not realized it, but others have already seen the trend. We are receiving clients with very high purchasing power in the city of Miami. By having this definitive migration, these people demand services, they demand brands, they demand luxury, because they come with other expectations. The trend that I clearly see is that, in the next ten years, we are going to see more buildings with luxury brands,” added Daiana Quiceno.
