September 15 - October 15 is the time of the year when the nation honors the heritage and history of American Latinos.
WHY:
National Hispanic Heritage Month pays tribute to the origins, history and heritage of 21 nations that collectively comprise 62.5 million Americans. With $2.7 trillion in buying power, U.S. Latinos would be the seventh-largest GDP in the world. Hispanics represent 23.5% of the total Gen Z population and a whopping 93% are U.S. born. 70% of US Hispanics say they are more likely to buy a product that reminds them of their childhood or cultural heritage.
