Andrés Oppenheimer
Andrés Oppenheimer is a columnist for The Miami Herald, host of the program “Oppenheimer Presenta” on CNN en Español, and author of eight best-sellers. His column "The Oppenheimer Report" is regularly published in more than 50 newspapers. Oppenheimer was a co-winner of the 1987 Pulitzer Prize along with The Miami Herald team that uncovered the Iran-Contra scandal, and was honored with the two most prestigious awards in Spanish-language journalism: the Ortega y Gasset award from the newspaper El País of Spain in 1993, and the King of Spain Award granted by the EFE news agency and the King of Spain in 2001.
He also won the Maria Moors Cabot Award from Columbia University in 1998, the Overseas Press Club Award from the Overseas Press Club of Washington D.C. in 2002, and the Emmy Suncoast Award from the United States National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in 2005. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he began his studies at the University of Buenos Aires, and moved to the United States in 1976 with a scholarship from the World Press Institute to continue his studies at Macalester College, in St. Paul, Minnesota. In 1978 he earned his master's degree in journalism from Columbia University, in New York.
Moisés Naím
Moisés Naím is one of the most widely read columnists in the Spanish language. His columns on world reality are published by the main newspapers in Latin America. In 2011, he received the Ortega y Gasset Award, the most prestigious prize in Spanish journalism.
Naím serves as a Distinguished Fellow of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington, DC, and is the director and host of “Efecto Naím”, a television program on international issues broadcast in the United States and Latin America. Naím directed Foreign Policy magazine for fourteen years. Dr. Naím is the author of numerous academic articles and more than ten books on international economics and politics.
Naím also has experience in the public sector, having served as Venezuela's Minister of Industry and Commerce in the early 1990s.
Moisés Naím earned his master's and doctorate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and in 2013, American University awarded him an honorary doctorate. In April 2020 he was elected an Honorary Member of the Venezuelan Academy of Economic Sciences.

NegociosMagazine.com reached the milestone of one and a half million page views last March, certified by the independent company WorldPress and its visitor counter. As of March 29, 2023, Negocios Magazine had registered 1,535,069 page views.
According to Google Analytics, the negociosmagazine.com site had an average of 72,000 new unique visitors in the month of February 2023.
