MIAMI, FL — July 8, 2024 — (NOTICIAS NEWSWIRE) — Argentine gastronomy is a fundamental pillar for promoting Marca País globally. It not only showcases Argentine identity and culture but also highlights excellent products that, due to their technical quality and native origin, define the southern country.
The festivities took place in iconic Argentine restaurants, welcoming both tourists and locals here in Miami. Over 100 people attended, including the renowned Argentine polo player Ignacio “Nacho” Figueras, who was named Brand Ambassador during the celebration. Diego Sucalesca, the National Director of Marca País, stated, "There is a very clear idea that 'Marca País' should be an institutional distinction, strongly promoting Argentine values and culture."
The events were graced by various personalities, including authorities from the Argentine Consulate Marcelo Gilardoni, AFA executive team, Conmebol, importers of Argentine products, influencers, and journalists, among others.
Considered one of the best cuisines in the world, Argentina is promoting its most representative dishes this week through over 30 establishments offering exclusive promotions and prices. By visiting the Semana Argentina portal at www.argentinaweek.ar, you can find a variety of discounts from each participant.
Continuing the tasting of Argentine dishes, various restaurants hosted events and promotional dishes to introduce the new recipients of the "Marca País" distinction, who have gained international recognition, proudly elevating Argentine gastronomy.
This year, the honorees included model and polo player Ignacio "Nacho" Figueras as Brand Ambassador, and Daniel Coccia, whose burger was recognized as the best in 2022, being awarded "The Best Burger of USA" at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. In his two Miami locations, Coccia uses Argentine meats and products, sells artisanal alfajores, and promotes our culture in the United States with top-quality products.
Additionally, the gelateria Freddo, through its U.S. director Emiliano Deambrosi, also received this distinction. Freddo, an Argentine ice cream parlor with over 50 years in the market, has a presence in many cities worldwide.
To enjoy the famous Argentine cuts of meat, as well as typical milanesas, empanadas, and other delights, you can visit the various restaurants in Miami and savor their exquisite cuisine.
