MIAMI, FL — February 15, 2022 — (NOTICIAS NEWSWIRE) — Francisca Lachapel, co-host of Univision's ¡Despierta America!, is the latest celebrity to join Yes You Can!, the #1 nutrition system for Latinos to lose weight and achieve a healthier lifestyle.
During her pregnancy in 2021, Francisca gained about 80 pounds. After giving birth to her first child, she began applying the weight loss habits she learned the first time she used the Yes You Can! system.
"Before I started working in television, I used to watch Alejandro's health segments on Univision," says the Dominican host. "When I competed in 'Nuestra Belleza Latina' I lost weight and got in shape with the Yes You Can! Nutrition Guide and their Traffic Light Diet. I love the taste of the shakes, they have no added sugar plus they are gluten-free! The supplements are natural and made from herbs and fruits. Right now, I am in love with the protein bars, they are like a healthy dessert. Yes You Can! has always been my plan to achieve my fitness goals".
Alejandro Chabán is the Founder and CEO of Yes You Can! who, along with a group of experts, developed the latin-flavored nutrition system that has helped transform thousands of lives. As soon as Francisca joined ¡Despierta America! and met Alejandro, they formed a bond that continues to this day.
"I know that everything has its time. Although I am not at my ideal weight today, I am happy and I am ready to work and get closer to my pre-pregnancy weight. It's been a long road, and I have 20 pounds to go. As a mom, I want to take care of my health and have energy for my baby and my husband. I have to say that after the first few days after my cleanse with the Detox program, I felt much lighter and dropped my first few pounds. In the next 90 days, I will be using my Transformation Kit and joining the #TransformationChallenge to reach my goal - just in time for the wedding."
Francisca hosted a Live on her Instagram account in which she announced her sponsorship with Yes You Can! and invited her 3 million followers to join her as she embarks on her transformation. She started with a 7-day Detox, then used the Transformation Kit, which is the company's flagship weight loss product that follows the daily system of replacing two meals with 2 Yes You Can! shakes, eating 2 healthy snacks, and 1 healthy meal.
About Yes You Can
Based in Miami, FL, YYC! was started by Chaban (@alejandrochaban), who at age 15 weighed 314 pounds. He suffered from obesity, bulimia, and anorexia, and after years of hard work, dedication, and extensive research into different weight loss methods, he was able to adopt better habits and achieve a healthier lifestyle that helped him lose 160 pounds. He transformed his pain into strength, became a Certified Nutritionist, and developed the Latin-flavored healthy lifestyle program, Yes You Can! to help others like him.
Chaban began sharing his experiences through his books that became New York Times bestsellers and became an admired television personality by co-hosting the #1 TV show for Latinos, ¡Despierta America! on Univision. Yes You Can! has numerous celebrity ambassadors who love YYC! products and use them to keep their healthy figures camera-ready, including NBC Telemundo actress Gaby Espino (@gabyespino), Colombian actress Carmen Villalobos (@cvillaloboss), Univision star Cristián de la Fuente (@iamdelafuente) and Marjorie De Sousa (@marjodsousa).
