Bregman, a los 30 años, ha quedado libre, después de jugar todas sus nueve campañas con los Astros. Este año le pagaron 30 millones 500 mil dólares.
Lo que dice Altuve: “No veo qué bien nos haría que él se fuera. Considero que al terminar la temporada, nuestro gerente-general y el propietario del equipo, concretarán la negociación. Estoy cien por cien seguro de que no solo somos un mejor equipo con él, sino también una mejor organización. Realmente, los Astros necesitamos a Bregman”.
Lo cierto es que el acoplamiento del infield es necesario para ganar juegos seguidos.
