My dear Harry and Meghan:
Just so you know, I’d like to remind you that, as royalty, we shouldn’t behave like commoners, as you demonstrated with the Dodgers and Blue Jays hat incident.
If the Dodgers presented you with a pair of hats at their stadium during the World Series, the logical and appropriate thing to do, as royalty, was to wear them during the game. That’s what you did. In other words, the right thing to do.
But what was wrong was that you later apologized to Canada for wearing those hats.
What was the point of that, ladies and gentlemen?!
The elegant, the royal thing to do, was to wear Blue Jays caps in Toronto and keep quiet.
But no, after sporting the two gifts from the Blue Jays, you apologized to Canada for having accepted the gifts from Los Angeles.
Could you please tell me why?
What calamity was this supposed to solve?
Well, you acted like commoners, not like members of a royal family.
You know, dear Harry, how much I’ve loved the world of sports, especially equestrian sports. I was a global executive in that field, in which I was involved until I was 96, and I died two months shy of my 100th birthday.
I want to point out that sports have traditionally been a very important part of royalty.
But I also need to remind you that our behavior has to be, must be, very special in the eyes of others, different from ordinary people.
That’s why, from the age of five, we’re taught how to behave everywhere, which includes, among many other things, extensive training in how to walk, and numerous tips on table manners and posture while eating, as well as everything one should exhibit when attending a family gathering.
So, how is it possible that you’ve forgotten so many lessons and fallen to the level of the common people?
You’ve forgotten that you belong to royalty.
We must defend ourselves, because humanity intends to exterminate us. But we persevere.

Mis queridos Harry y Meghan:
Solo como información, les recuerdo que, como somos de la realeza, no debemos comportarnos igual que la plebe, según lo que han demostrado ustedes con la historia de las gorras de los Dodgers y los Blue Jays.
Si los Dodgers en su estadio, durante la Serie Mundial, les obsequiaron un par de gorras, lo lógico, lo apropiado, si somos de la realeza, era usarlas, ponérnoslas durante el juego. Eso fue lo que ustedes hicieron. Es decir, lo correcto.
Pero lo incorrecto fue que después presentaron excusas a Canadá por haber usado esas gorras.
¡¿Qué necesidad había de eso, señores?!
Lo elegante, lo real, era entonces ponerse en Toronto las gorras de los Blue Jays y callarse la boca
Pero no, ustedes, después de lucir en sus cabezas los dos regalos de los Blue Jays, les presentaron excusas a Canadá por haber hecho los honores a los obsequios de Los Ángeles.
Pueden hacerme el favor de informarme ¿para qué?
¿Cuál era la calamidad que se resolvía con eso?
Pues actuaron como plebeyos, no como personajes de una familia real.
Tú sabes, querido Harry, cuánto me ha gustado el mundo del deporte, especialmente el ecuestre. Fui ejecutivo mundial de esa actividad, en la cual estuve involucrado hasta mis 96 años, para morir dos meses antes de cumplir los cien.
Quiero advertir que el deporte ha sido tradicionalmente, parte muy importante de la realeza.
Pero también necesito recordarles que nuestro comportamiento tiene que ser, debe ser, muy especial ante los demás, diferente a la gente corriente.
Por eso, desde los cinco años de edad nos enseñan cómo ser en todas partes, lo que incluye, entre muchas otras cosas, vasto entrenamiento de cómo caminar, y numerosos consejos acerca de los movimientos y la actitud en la mesa mientras comemos, igual que todo lo que se debe exhibir cuando uno permanece en una reunión familiar.
Entonces, ¿cómo es posible que ustedes hayan olvidado tantas enseñanzas para caer a la altura del mundo común?
Olvidaron que pertenecen a la realeza.
Tenemos que defendernos, porque la humanidad pretende exterminarnos. Pero seguimos adelante.
