SAN FRANCISCO, CA — The National Football League announced the national winners of the third annual NFL Latino Youth Honors presented by P&G: Edward Jordan IV from Jacksonville, Florida, and Isabella Jubrey from Windsor, Connecticut.
The NFL Latino Youth Honors, in partnership with the Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) and presenting sponsor Procter & Gamble, recognizes outstanding high school seniors of every background from across NFL club markets who not only excel on the field and in the classroom, but also contribute to or engage meaningfully with Latino culture and community. The male and female national winners were announced at the NFL Latino Youth Honors Celebration Luncheon held at the NFL Culture Club in San Francisco.

“Eddie and Isa represent the very best of our game and our communities,” said Marissa Solis, NFL Senior Vice President of Global Brand & Consumer Marketing. “Their dedication as student-athletes and leaders reflects the power of opportunity and the promise of Latino youth. We are proud to partner with the Hispanic Heritage Foundation and Procter & Gamble to celebrate their achievements and inspire the next generation.”
Nominated by the Jacksonville Jaguars and representing the AFC South, Edward “Eddie” Jordan IV is a dedicated student-athlete from Beachside High School in Jacksonville, Florida, where he excels both as the team’s quarterback and as a scholar with a 3.94 GPA. Proud of his Cuban heritage through his mother, who immigrated to the U.S. as a baby, Eddie carries his family’s traditions, values and love for Latino culture into everything he does.

His leadership on the field is defined by confidence, focus and integrity—qualities that elevate his teammates and set the tone for success. Off the field, he mentors younger athletes through youth clinics, freshman practices and summer camps, emphasizing discipline, respect and perseverance. Eddie also contributes to Beachside’s turf management program, taking pride in caring for the facilities that support his team and community. Committed to continue his academic and athletic journey, Eddie will play Division I football at Lafayette College, where he aims to keep representing his culture and leadership with pride.
“When I heard my name, I really couldn’t believe it. My mind was blown,” Jordan said. “It means the world to me, honestly. I just feel so blessed and proud to represent my culture and my mom and my family like this, my community. I feel like I can use this as a platform to uplift people that are like me and people that look like me and people I care about. This has been a great experience and I am thankful for the Jaguars for nominating me.”
Nominated by the New York Giants and representing the NFC East, Isabella “Isa” Jubrey is a gifted student-athlete at Northwest Catholic High School in Windsor, Connecticut, maintaining a 3.75 GPA while excelling as a quarterback, linebacker and cornerback. Proud of her Dominican heritage, she honors her Latino roots by wearing her middle name, Ciel, on the back of her jersey, symbolizing the values of family, hard work and resilience instilled in her.

Isa has led her team to an undefeated four-game regular season, accounting for over 65% of the team’s offense with eight passing and seven rushing touchdowns, earning two-time all-conference recognition and serving as team captain. Passionate about expanding opportunities for girls in flag football, she helped create youth leagues in her community and serves as an official, inspiring over one thousand high school girls across Connecticut to play. Beyond athletics, Isa embodies perseverance and leadership, balancing her academic success with her dedication to sports and community service. Her commitment to her heritage, team, and the next generation of athletes reflects the pride, work ethic, and determination that define her both on and off the field.
“It feels incredible, and I’m very grateful to have won this award. My mind kind of went blank when I heard my name called, like I was in shock when it happened,” Jubrey said. “This has been an amazing experience, and I have met so many great people. Winning this award is special for me but also means that now I have just a whole lot more responsibility. I know that I can be a role model for young Latinas and I really need to show up and represent and bring what I can to the table.”
Jordan and Jubrey were selected from eight finalists representing the NFL’s eight divisions. Thanks to Procter & Gamble’s commitment, all eight finalists will be awarded a grant that can be used toward college, with Jordan and Jubrey each receiving $25,000 and the remaining six finalists each receiving $5,000. In addition to financial support, all finalists are attending Super Bowl LX in the Bay Area and participating in special mentorship events during Super Bowl Week.

“The NFL and HHF are thrilled to announce from the finalists, the two national recipients of the NFL Latino Youth Honors,” said Jose Antonio Tijerino, President and CEO of HHF. “Edward and Isabella will proudly represent their teams as outstanding student-athlete-leaders making an impact not only on the field, but in the classroom and their communities. They are role models and examples of what is possible with talent, intelligence, opportunity and ganas. Congratulations.”
This initiative underscores the NFL’s commitment to celebrating Hispanic culture and empowering Latino youth. Procter & Gamble, this year’s presenting sponsor, expressed their commitment to fostering opportunities for Latino youth.

NFL clubs were invited to nominate a male and female high school senior football player of Latino/Hispanic heritage who excel in academics (minimum 3.0 GPA), athletic achievement, and community involvement. This year, 62 nominees representing all 32 NFL teams were considered, with many celebrated during Hispanic Heritage Month events.
The finalists and winners were selected by a panel based on their leadership, impact, and dedication to excellence.
