La pregunta de la semana…: Hasta hace más de medio Siglo, los equipos que ganaban más juegos en la temporada, iban a la Serie Mundial. ¿Recuerdas cuándo comenzaron los playoffs?
La respuesta…: En 1969 partieron las Ligas en dos Divisiones cada una, y comenzaron las Series por los títulos de la Nacional y la Americana, a máximo de cinco juegos. Mets ganaron a Bravos, Orioles ganaron a Blue Jays y la Serie Mundial la ganaron los Mets… Las seis Divisiones y los dos playoffs por Liga, comenzaron en 1994.
Dodgers inflación.- El boleto más económico que venderán los Dodgers, si llegan a la Serie Mundial, costará, 518 dólares, para una localidad llamada preferred reserved 54.
