NEW YORK, NY — Bad Bunny’s Apple Music Halftime Show in Super Bowl LX at Levi’s Stadium Sunday night will live on for years to come.

The 31-year-old Puerto Rican superstar’s legendary performance replicated the same look and feel as his recent Puerto Rico residency perfectly and believe it or not—delivered even more than what was expected throughout the lead up to Sunday.

His 13 minute showing featured fireworks, a live wedding, many illustrative references that paid homage to his homeland of Puerto Rico and Boricua culture as well as several celebrity cameos including Ronald Acuña Jr., Pedro Pascal, Karol G, Jessica Alba, and Cardi B.

Ricky Martin also airing out “LO QUE LE PASÓ A HAWAii” alongside Bad Bunny and Lady Gaga, singing her part of “Die with a Smile,” just to add to the fiesta in the Bay Area.

At one point, as the King of Latin Trap continued through his set list, he suddenly danced in between pro-boxers Emiliano Vargas (2025 Ring Magazine Prospect of the Year) and Xander Zayas (Unified WBA and WBO Super Welterweight Champion) who were both dressed for the occasion in their respective boxing attire.

Then later on, he handed a little boy depicting a young Bad Bunny who was in front of a small antenna television watching a previous Bad Bunny Grammy Award acceptance speech—one of his many Grammys—to help show all of the youth watching from home that kids should never give up on their dreams, no matter how big they are.

The show went on while many still wish there was never an end. Yet to close it out, Bad Bunny sent a message to each individual tuned in by voicing into the microphone—“God Bless America” which was immediately followed by him shouting out every country in North, South and Latin America.

This was all while the flag of every country in the American continents waved back and forth behind him and the LED scoreboard at Levi’s Stadium flashing in capital letters:

“The only thing more powerful than hate is love.”

The same message from his Grammy’s acceptance speech a week prior to Super Bowl LX.

I’ve seen and enjoyed many half time shows but I don’t ever remember being so emotional. Listening to many latinos on Instagram say the same thing is incredible. One of Benito’s message was received loud and clear, we are here, and we matter.
