NEW YORK, NY — The Top 30 honorees for the 2025 NCAA Woman of the Year award and the NCAA are partnering to donate books to elementary, middle school or public libraries special to each honoree or near their respective alma mater. The books will cover an array of topics centered on uplifting and inspiring young girls, in sports and other areas.
“One of the four community engagement strategic priorities is educational equity and literacy,” said Felicia Martin, senior vice president of inclusion, education and community engagement. “We are dedicated to improving youth literacy by providing reading initiatives and access to books to all children through valued alliances like schools, libraries and youth organizations. In recognition of the 2025 NCAA Woman of the Year Top 30 honorees, these book donations are cultivating a love for reading and building a foundation for life-long learning.”
